- I'll be speaking to the Friends of the Yorkville Library on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at the Yorkville Public Library in Yorkville, Illinois. The time is TBA, so email me if you'd like to attend this free event. I'll be talking about how to get a book published and answering questions from the audience. Come for a chance to win a free gift!
- The Kankakee Author Fair is scheduled for Saturday April 17, 2010 at the Kankakee Public Library in Kankakee, Illinois from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. I'll be there, along with many other authors to sign books and meet readers.
- The Romance Writers of America Chicago North chapter is hosting its Spring Fling conference from Friday, April 23 to Sunday, April 25, 2010 in Deerfield, Illinois. I'll be presenting a panel called "When the manuscript's done, the work's just begun" about all that work that goes into finding an agent and/or publisher for your work, not to mention promotional activities. I'll also be signing books at the big book signing event on Saturday. This conference requires advance registration and a fee.
